187 Dec. 7-1941-The Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, Philipine Islands, and Hawaii, thus bringing American into the world war. Dec. 16, 1941, the W.C.T.U.met at the home of Mrs. George E. Mitchell. Miss Sherman gave a short review of the book, "The Amazing Story of Repeal" by Fletcher Dobyn. Voted to send a card of appreciation to Mrs. Dieterich who is moving to Cedar Falls, and a letter to Mrs. J. J. Mullins, of Long Beach, a former member, reported to be ill. November minutes approved.
