"Mrs.Catherine Voas of the Home Protection Dept. tied white ribbon on the wrist of each baby. The mothers received rose buds and some of the two or three year olds helped carry the beautiful buds. We returned home in the P.M Eloise our pres. read some of the resolutions send by out W.C.T.U. state pres. Our families need strengthening we hope, pray, and work for victory in the end, 95% to 97% of our alcoholics are not known. Some are at home or at an office. A report in the Better Homes and Gardens magazine is that one drink makes some people alcoholics, others can take more and it doesn't bother them much.
