Met in M. E. Church with 13 present.  Mrs. [Linetha?] called to order.  Mrs. [Chas.'?] Woods led the devotional exercises.  After singing "He Leadeth Me," she called on Dr. E. C. Bliss to speak.  He [mentioned?] the tremoundous strides the cause of Temperance is making in Europe, altho he [illegible] was done more for commercial gains than a moral sense.  He spoke of the evil effects of cigarett using by boys. A very interesting address.  
The Dis. [lean.?] is to be held in the Baptist church May 11 + 12, Mrs. Wallance, Mrs. Sophan Mrs. Meacham Mrs. Comely Mrs. Wrage and Mrs. Stocks [learn?].
Moved and sic. to give [illegile] to Flower Missions, Carried, Mrs. Wrage Assit. Sec.
[Illegible] to endorse the Woman's Peace Party.  Mifs Bailey responded the Wall Packed replaced in depot.
At a special meeting Com. [illegible] appointed to prepare for the [illegible] of [illegible] [illegible] [illegible].  Mrs. Emma Bailey [illegible] of Com. on dinner, Mrs. Wallace + Mrs. [Stoks?] Assignment Com. Mrs. Webster decoration [Mifs?] Dawkins was secured to take charge of the music.
