The Union met March 15, 1921 at the Congregational church with an attendance of fifteen. The business meeting preceeded the devotionals; The Sec. report was read and outside of the $2.00 allowed for the Willard fund and one dollar for the Stephens fund report was approved. Moved and seconded that the deficit of $5.50 for the Union Signals for the pastors be paid to Mrs. Watland. Miss Baily with the assistance of Mrs. Woodburn and Mrs. John Evans will have charge of the market day. Mrs. Lincoln called the attention of the buttons that were sent for. It was moved and seconded that the motion of ordering fifteen year books be rescinded. Motion carried. Any individ(?) can order a book indepentantly(sic) from Mrs. L. D Carhart (?). It was agreed to dispense with the Neal Dow observations on March 20. A discussion as to a booth in the college champaign (sic) was left unsettled. The subject of new members was brought up by president. It was suggested that each member be responsible for one new member. Mrs. Woodburn being the leader of the devotionals very interestingly handled the subject of knowledge and power.
