Twenty present. Sec (Look on page 137 for Mays report.) June 19, 1923 A very enjoyable meeting was held at Mrs Hamilton in connection with a picnic supper. The scriptures were read and those present were blessed by the Truths that were presented. over Singing How firm a Foundation Prayers were offered by Mrs. Lincoln Mrs. Woodburn Mrs. Wood and Mrs. Heas A reading on the beautiful life of Jennie Cassady - a city worker was given. Bringing out her philanthropic work. Mrs Woodburn sang solo The report of the flower mission department was given some Members met at the rest room June 7 and at ten o clock flowers came pouring in. There were 65 bouquets made and 68 peonies put in [bixls?] 39 bouquets divided between two hospitals These flowers were send sent to Toledo Saturday June 8. A reply of appreciation was received and comments were made of the natural results of being so kindly remembered A suggestion which is a good one was made by president that of sending a scripture promise verse. Mrs Kearney drew our attention to the county convention at Searsboro to be held in July. Mrs. Wood read a paper with interesting [Inotations?] connections. An interesting feature of the afternoon was a display of curios from Egypt that Miss Lois Woodburn had send - Products of some of her children working under her.
