west of the St. Laurance I see that you have been having some very cold weather as well as we it is most delightful now though has been like spring for a few days So my sweet little primroses mean "inconstancy" well I am not posted on such things but in this case you may apply the language of the "heliatrope" or some thing else equaly as good for ther is no "inconstancy" about your coz I can tell you that for I am the most constant coz you ever had am I not? Tuesday: Well Cousin Min I did not get you letter done last night after all but must try and get it off by to nights mail sure. for I want you to get it so as to be able to answer Sunday you see how selfish I am? this writing a letter during the week is uphill
