(3) you could not understand her better, she does not blame you at all, for now she realizes more than ever just what condition she was in last winter. If Eda cant come I am going to try and get her to go down to [Colfot?] Springs while I am away. I can go with her as far as West-Liberty and stop for her at Cedar Rapids on the way back, which will be nice if I can only make her think so. I am afraid my dear I wont be able to be with you more than two weeks It is hard to get any one now to stay in the store, and it wont be right to be gone too long the way Hattie is. I am not going to see a soul but you not one of my folks
