The following programme was reported for next evening: Speech Dr. [Heoagland?] Select Reading Mrs. White Music Recitation or Select reading Lillie Laub " " " Edwin miles Chas K Meyers Sec. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Denison La Aug. 9, 1879 The Denison Total Abstinence Union met pursuant to adjournment. The meeting opened with music and prayer by Mrs. Lanb. The minutes of the previous meeting wer read and approved. Miss Julia King Ass. Sec. reported she had collect quarterly dues from L.M. Saw + wife, Dr Gill Chas labor, A.C. Smith, J.M. Knight and miss Julia King. Total $2.25.
