as I hear from you, will make a proposition by which I think you will do well to buy the Dan Stocker farm. I will then state just what you can do, and then if you think it advisable will do as you may direct. Dan is bound to sell to some one before long, several parties want want it - Well the weather has been very nice here the Last 4 or 5 weeks. Demoin river not frozen yet. Henry Weidman & Miss Figg was married few days ago. Shall be glad to hear from you as soon as this is recd. all well as usual from your Father &c S G. Finney
