Blakesburg Ia Feby 9 1880 Geo.- The pouer of atty was duly rect, and by last mail recd few [illegible], I also recd word frorm exp. office in Otto., that the pkg. you sent was recd I think I will go to Otto one day this week and get it. I have rented out your place to Jim Dale, he puts 20 acres in wheat & oats, pays one third in the [Bu?] pays one third of the corn husked & cubed, cuts all the medow and puts it up for the half in the stack, there about 10 acres in the North East part that I let him have for pasture, for which he agrees to make
