And now Barns claims that you only own 40 rods of fence 1/4 the divission fence, and he has taken out 10 rods which is now open. We will have to haul out some of the Cross fence to fill up the gap. I had ground Chinks cut & hauld out to have the 160 rods of fence [illegible] from the coner to Aaron Stockers along the road. The man has got the wheat & oats sowed 10 acers of each all in good order and Commencd Plowg for corn, I enclose to you the note that I paid off & Cancelled. your sister Annie left last Sund. for Omaha, from there to Tekana Neb. with a view to get a school & better wages If she dose not suceed will be back before long. Cap Hardy is P. M. Rybolt has gone to Missouri, Fritz owns the Abenathy 40, all well from your Father &c S G Finney
