Blakesburg Ia 10-30-82 George- Jo Rader was over to day to see about the flue being put up, and wanted to know about the rent of the place. I told him just what you had written viz to take the place on the same terms as last year, he said it would take all he could rase on the place to pay the rent for this year, I believe he is right about that. - he Proposes to pay 2$ per acre.
