100 head. he is quite a smart appearing man. have not had any word from Frank for a good while, dont know his PO address. Lewis wrote your mineing stock had gone on a Boom. - I think now I will send out 1 car Load of Cattle say first-part of May. Chas Howard was here last week from Missouri to see me his [illegible], I bought it for 300$ the probability is I will get George Howard next week for the same. Cant say any more about it now, about the 1st of March the Bal of money will be paid in 1800$ Sammie is home now, but not satisfied will probably go back to Neb. in the spring. Land in the Logan Vally will come into market nest sumer. all well & send kind regards to you John Picke & Nan is married, old man Wilson died last week.
