Blakesburg Ia 7-22-83 Mr Geo S Finney yours of the 14th Inst, post marked 17th, recd 19th just 2 days [comin?] through. Bob Cox came home just 2 weeks on the road, his team was very poor, he seems well pleased with his prospect out there. - we were sorry to hear you were not very well, know you must have a gooddeal to look after & care for, and If you should be sick, or any accident hapened to you, who would look after your interest. Well I was in Otto yesterday & bought [Cycle?] @ Farlings Int in the Howard place for $275.00 only, one more int. to buy out. I sent you some papers about the Please Anderson trial, he is still in jail they tryed to get him out on Writ of Heabus-Corpus
