Blakesburg Ia Sept 30 /83 Mr G S Finney What is the matter with you? I have not recd any ans to my two Last letter, In my last one I wrote you that Chas Shoech & BOb Cox would start for the Elk horn. I think that was about two weeks ago, and Presume Charley is about there by this time. - Bob could not go on account of his oweing so much. Well I pittied the fellow and agreed to help him by settling 300$ with Dorothy that is Dorothy agreed to take note on Socker & Rader for 200$ and note on Hull
