Tip Phinney has a sale 1st of March and then is going to move to Neb., your sister Annie is here yet, her health is not good, but is some better than it was, her little girl 6 weeks old is a very smart Child they Call is Grace, Sammie is going to stay at home this sumer, I pay him 20$ a Month, wet or dry, crop or no crop, I have had nothing to sell this winter, one more season as we have had the Last three years and I will have to mortgage the place to pay expences. Please Andersons trial comes off the Middle of April I think we will send him up this time, Well we are all in usual health, from your Father &c, SG Finney
