In my former Statement of the Rader & stocker note I mentiond about buying two [ricks?] of hay, perhaps it would have been better for me to have left that out. I now make this statement which I think will meet your Views viz- amt. of Lease $200.00 from Jany 1 /83 to Oct 1st /83- 9 mos 10 per c 15.00 from Oct 1 /83 to Jany 1st /85= 15 mos. 8 per c (note) 20.00 [Total line] $235.00 In the management of the buisness I Could not have done any better if it had been my own, and hope it may be satisfactory to yourself. yours &c SG Finney
