Top?] Phinney for ten dolls. per month his time is about up. he can do any thing almost that a man can do, and there is not a Lazy bone in him. if he went out there his expence would have to be paid. I do not see how you done so well writing with your left hand. I could read it very well, the left hand spelling came the most awkward. The county fair comes off in Otto this coming week, and promises to first Class. Will write some of the porticulars when I come back. Mr Stuart has been appointed P.M in place of Capt Hardy removed. he never would have got the appointment had it not been for me, and he knows it.
