Blakesburg Ia 1-28-90 Mr Geo. S Finney It has been quite a while since we last heard from you. We have had a Very mild winter so far, with but little snow. Stock is looking well generaly Well. Price of Cattle is looking up Considerable. I commenced feeding 20 head of good steers got them on full feed for 3 weeks then I slacked off and fed only one half the quantaty of grain, then in the spring put them on good pasture, and change them often from one pasture to an other, and give each one about one peck of meal a day in the evening, and get them good
