4 from Frak a short time ago he is not doing any thing, talks of buying an Int. in a mineing Claim, Poor fellow It seems to me he has tryed it long enough he is about broke down now, and nothng to show for his hard labor & exposure. Emma would not teach the school in town for less than 50$ per mo, so they got a teacher for 40$ Emma will go back to Neb & Goldie to, very soon. one thought more viz If you think of makeing any change in your way of living & business you must set about it soon while you can give direction to your own affairs. hope you wont think I am to free with my advice but I must Conclude for now, will send you an Otto. Paper, write often, all in usual health from your Father &c SG Finney
