The cary Club met with Oca B. Price on Monday afternoon, December 7, 1936. Thirteen members answered to roll-call. The president presided. The secretary gave a report of the last meeting, after a slight correction, it was accepted. A motion was made and seconded that the club donate $3.00 to the Good-fellows fund also a motion was made and seconded that we donate $1.00 to the Health Seal Fund. Both carried. Mrs. Arthur [Wollesch?] was unanimously elected to become a member of the club. The program consisted of a review of the book, Animal Children by Paul Eiper which is a translation from the German by Elva Emerson. Current events subject, animal anecdotes, were given. The club adjourned to meet on December 21, for the annual Christmas Party and gift exchange at the home of Mrs. Carrie Reichert. Oca B. Price, secretary.
