116 Constitution. Article I Name. This Society shall be known as the Cary Club of Marion, Iowa. Article II Object- The object of this Society shall be the improvement of its members. Article III Officers- The Officers of this Society shall be, President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer and shall be elected by ballot at the annual meeting which is the first regular meeting in May. They shall enter upon the duties of their respective offices at the first regular meeting in September and shall continue in office one year only. Article IV Membership- The membership of this organization shall be limited to twenty When a vacancy occurs, any member may propose a name for membership.
