Mrs Max Mayer reported for the ammendment committee and moved the adoption of the following section to be added to Bylaw I "The state chairman of each state committee shall have power to appoint a chairman of her committee in each congressional district. The County League of Women Voters shall be the unit of organization and shall elect a county chairman of each committee. seconded. unanimously carried. adjourned. M. Bertha Van Alstine sec.
