The chair appoints Miss Dunlap - Mrs. Hunter and Mrs. Tomlinson to revise the State Constitution before the June Board meeting so it may be ready for the Annual meeting in October. Mrs. Devitt moved that our chairman - with a committee chosen by herself call upon the wife of our Governor and request her to be a delegate to the League of Women Voters National Convention and the Pan American Conference at Baltimore and also that any vacancies in the Iowa delegation be filled by the wives of the official Iowa delegation in Washington - Mrs. Rawson being given preference. Seconded by Mrs. Rusty carried. Mrs. Tomlinson - chairman of Com. on Government Efficiency gave an interesting report of work well done. Under the Auspices of her committee Mr. W.J. Millard of New York came to Iowa and gave twelve lectures on Proportional Representation. During his few days of intensive work in Iowa he addressed thousands of people.
