The State President was asked to tell of past activities and success of Headquarters and by vote of a majority of those present it was decided to maintain said Headquarters at least through the time of meeting of the General Assembly. Mrs. Ruste moved that the Board appoint a legislative chairman who shall be a member of the Board of Directors - motion seconded by Mrs Mayer - carried. On motion the Board Adjourned - Julia B.
