The President's report brifed as follows "I have had a very interesting year working with you, very interesting correspondence, sometimes, I got pretty cross with you when you did not answer letters as you should I realize that this is a thing we all must learn. We have had very interesting and successful Board meetings, the Citizenship Schools conducted by Mrs Mayer who deserves a good deal of credit for our success. The League has grown and is still growing, this a great possibility for the League of Women Voters, I only hope that you will give the new chairman the chance that you have given me, learn to use the ballot. Let us have the spirit of helpfulness. We are good members, increase this to 10,000, we should have 50000 active members because there is no other organization that is doing more for Citizenship than we are, this is the main thing for the League of Women Voters. We all should go to the National Convention, that is where we get our inspiration, new ideas new life and come back willing to take up the burden and go on with it." The minutes of the second annual meeting read by Mrs Mayer, acting for Mrs Van Alstine, recording secretary, who was unable to be at the convention. The minutes were read, corrected and approved. The Treasurer Mrs Sadie Passig of Humboldt gave her report. Balance on hand Nov 21 - 1921 - $416.21. Reciepts up to Oct 10 - 1922 from November 1921 - 3611.34. Paid out Nov. 1921 to Oct 1922 / 3338.70 Balance on hand $272.64 for year with
