Executive Committee Meeting Minutes of Oct 24th 1922. The Executive Committee of the Iowa League of Women Voters met Oct 24th 1922 at 9:30 o clock in regular business session at the League Headquarters , 3-03-1/2 Shops Bldg Des Moines, at the call of the President, Mrs. I.H. Tomlinson. The following members were present; Mrs I.H. Tomlinson, Pres. Des Moines. Mrs Oscar Ruff, 1st Vice " Sioux City. Mrs Max Mayer, 2nd Vice " Iowa City. Dr. Margaret Mills, 3rd Vice " Ottumwa. Mrs Florence Koch, 4th Vice " Cedar Rapids. Mrs Clarence Knutson Sec. Clear Lake. The minutes of the Board meeting of October 11th were read and approved. The revised constitution adopted at the State Convention Oct 11, 12 and 13 was read. In the absence of the State Treasurer Mrs Passig, the Rec. Sec. Mrs Knutson read the treasurer's report. The amount on hand as report by the Treasurer was $585.45 and Mrs Clarence Knutson as district chairman of the 4th district turned in $100. to be added to this amount. From the Clear Lake League $50. and from the Mason City League $50. Making a total of $685.45 in the Treasury of the Iowa League of Women Voters. Moved by Mrs Koch that 10,000 copies of the newly adopted constitution by printed. Seconded by Dr Mills. Motion carried. An informal discussion of the county bulletin followed. Our President spoke of the Sheppard Towner Bill and urged the need to work for its successful operation in Iowa. Moved by Dr. Mills that the quota be continued as last year,
