session, for an office assistant, seconded by Dr. Mills, Motion carried. The President, Mrs Tomlinson spoke of the Health work. Moved by Mrs Mayer that the President, be empowered to fill placed of all committee chairman, seconded by Dr Mills, motion carried. Mrs Mayer moved that since the Executive Committee consider the Legislative program and procedures, most vital to the standing and progress of the League, that 5 members be appointed by the Executive committee to serve with the Legislative chairman as as Legislative Council. All Legislative matters shall be submitted first to the Legislative council and by then under the provision of our constitution to the Executive Committee for final action. Seconded by Mrs Ruff. Motion carried. The Legislative Committee was named a follows but no chairman named; Mrs Tomlinson, Mrs Mayer, Mrs Pierce, Miss Lawther (Mrs Brown) and Miss Dunlap, Mrs Hunter. Mrs Mayer moved that the carfare be refunded to all members of the Board of Directors of the I.L.W.Voters who attend the quarterly meetings and the members of the Executive Committee be refunded their carfare when called by the President for Executive meetings. The motion was seconded by Mrs Koch. Motion carried. The Executive meeting was adjourned to meet at the call of the President. Mrs Hazel Wood (Clarence A) Knutson, Recording Secretary, I.L.W.V.
