talked on "Our Headquarters" and invited the Legislative ladies to make them "their Headquarters". Monday April 9 - 1923. The Board met at the call of the President Mrs Tomlinson at the State Headquarters with the following members present, Mrs Tomlinson, Mrs Passig, Mrs Mc Kim, Mrs Ruste, Mrs Dr. Margaret Mills Miss Anna Drake, Mrs Stason Miss Bess Fentonand Mrs Knutson. Mrs Ruste was delegated to see about getting a table at the various luncheon and dinner or breakfast tables where the Iowa Board might eat together to discuss affairs that may arise during the National Convention. The Board debated the advisability of Iowa working for a Regional Director among her own Iowa women. Mrs Fred Hunter has been suggested. The Board all endorsed the suggestion of Mrs Passig who was a member of the National Nominating Com. of Mrs Fred Hunter for Regional Director. Announcement was made that the Board was invited to seat on the platform that evening at convention. Mrs Knutson was delegated to order flowers for the National President Mrs Mand Wood Park and the State President Mrs I.H. Tomlinson with the approval of the Board. Mrs Hazel Wood Knutson, Rec. Secretary. Wednesday April 11 - 1923. The Board met at 4 o'clock to discuss any subject that any one wished to bring up. Those present were Mrs Passig, Mrs Knutson, Miss Anna Drake, Miss Fenton, Mrs Mc Kim, Mrs A.O. Ruste, Mrs Ruste moved that greeting be sent to Mrs Carrie Chapman Catt.
