Mrs Wolf Charles City chairman of the auditing committee report. Mrs Mayer moved that the auditing committee report be accepted. Motion was seconded by Mrs Mc Kim. Carried. Treasurers report at close of convention read. Mrs Hunter moved that the report be accepted. Mrs Mayer seconded the motion. Carried. Mrs Mc Kim moved that Mrs Ruste write the article on the Shephard - Towner Bill for the Bulletin. seconded by Mrs Mayer Carried. Mrs Wolf moved that Mrs Mayer & Mrs Hunter order a band with proper inscription be placed on the gavel of the I.L.W. Voters presented by the Floyd County League made from a tree on Carrie Lane Chapman Catt's farm house. Motion seconded and carried. Mrs Passig moved that several inscriptions be submitted. Motion was seconded by Mrs Mayer. Carried. Mrs Hunter moved that when I.L. of W. Voters do not longer need the gavel that it be turned over to the State Historical Motion seconded by Mrs Morris. Carried; Moved by Mrs ___ Mohaska County Pres., seconded by Mrs Passig that the history of the gavel be put into the Bulletin. Carried. Mrs Ruste moved to adjourn, seconded by Dr. Stewart. Motion carried and the 4th Annual Convention of the I.L. of W. Voters passed into history. Hazel Wood Knutson. Recording Secretary.
