President was empowered to renew necessary files. President reported lecture of Mrs Catt on hand for distribution. Mrs Mayer moved that Treasurer be empowered to get bond and the bill for same sent to the I.L.W.Voters. Mrs Fred Hunter seconded the motion. Carried. Consent given to allow $10. to Mrs Hunter for stamps to be used in her committee work. immediately act on offer of Mrs Meyea. Motion seconded by Mrs Jackson. Carried. A voted of thanks was given to Mrs Jordan for her untiring work in promoting the Catt lecture. Mrs Mayer moved that $100. be sent toward our pledge to the National. Mrs Hunter seconded the motion. Carried. Mrs Robert Jackson, Treasurer of the I.L.W.Voters reported a balance of $21.58 Unpaid bills $79.80 deficit $58.20 but we had $156.24 left in the special account of $300. given by Miss Leadington, National Treasurer. Mrs Wolf moved that the Treasurer of the I.L.W. Voters be bonded to the amount of $1000 also the books to be audited at the close of each year by a public accountant. Motion seconded by Mrs Elliott Carried. Motion to adjourn prevailed as every one was due to attend the luncheon of the Iowa Suffrage Memorial Commission honoring Mrs Catt. (Mrs Clarence) Hazel Wood Knutson.
