Moved by Mrs Mayer that $100. be sent toward our pledge to the National. Mrs Hunter seconded the motion. Motion carried. Moved by Mrs Hunter that the I.L.W.Voters act on the offer of the speaker Mrs Beyea to connect up with her itinerary and place her with local leagues whenever possible. Mrs Jackson seconded the motion. Carried. Consent was given to the President to work out a Speaker's Bureau. Moved by Mrs Mayer that a notice be sent to all members of the Board that Board Meetings be held on the 1st & 3rd Tues of each month at 1 o'clock. The President spoke to the subject of the object of the League and asked what deposition should be made of the Catt lecture copies on hand. They were ordered to be given out to any one interested. Moved by Mrs Mayer that the Treasurer Mrs Jackson get her own bond and the bill be sent to the I.L.W.Voters. Mrs Hunter the motion Carried. Consent was given that Mrs Hunter write a letter asking for $10. for stamps for her committee work from Miss Ruth Morgan. No further business appearing the Board adjourned to meet Jan 15 - 1924.
