126 Tuesday, March 4th - 1924 The Executive Committee met in regular session with the following officers present President. Mrs Clark Daniels, presiding. Vice Pres. Mrs Max Mayer. Secretary - Mrs Clarence Knutson. Mrs Knutson moved that the following bills be allowed, Homestead $33.50 for Bulletin. Rent $50. Lights .92 cts, Telephone $8.56 [Zaiser?] 30 cts for office equipment, $28.75 to Madge Rees stenographer 6.25 of the $28.75 was for over time work. The report of the Treasurer Mrs Robert E Jackson was read Mrs Knutson moved that the Treasurer's report be accepted and placed on file. Mrs Mayer seconded the motion. Motion carried. The resignation of the Treasurer Mrs Robert E. Jackson was read with very great regret. Mrs Knutson moved that the resignations be accepted. Mrs Mayer seconded the motion. Motion carried. Mrs Mayer moved that a letter of appreciation be sent to Mrs Jackson expressing our appreciation of her untiring and splendid work and regret very her inability to longer serve us in the capacity. Motion seconded by Mrs Knutson. Motion carried. Mrs Mayer move that the report of the auditor of the Treasurer's books be [adapted?] and Mr Worthington's bill of $10 for same be ordered paid. Motion seconded by Mrs Knutson Motion carried.
