Report of Credentials com. showed 13 delegates registered. Secretary read Act FII Sec 1 of the By-laws. Mrs Knutson moved to strike out the words Oct or Nov and insert the words March or April. Miss Anne Drake of Des MOines reported as chairman on Social Hygiene Committee. Mrs. Meyer proposed to amend Art CII Sect 1 by insisting the words Past President of the I. L of W voters after the words the officers. The secretary read the report sent by Miss Anne Richardson of Ames. Chairman of the LIving Costs Committee Mrs Fred Hunter of Des Moines reported on chairman of the committee on International Co-operation to Prevent War. Mrs Winnifred Howell Stearns, chairman of the special pencil fund committee gave a splendid report of the work done of her committee. Mrs Helen Million gave a fine report of special Woman Citizen Magazine Committee. Miss Left ch. of Uniform Laws sent word, that she could not come. The President of the Iowa League of Woman Voters, Mrs. Daniels gave a splendid report of the activities covering the five months of her administration. Mrs. Hunter moved that this organization in convention assembled make the past presidents of the Iowa Equal Suffrage Association, namely Mrs. H. Evans of Corydon, Miss Flora Dunlap of Des Moines, Miss Anne Larther of Dubuqe and Mrs James Devitt of Oskaloosa, honorary members organization and that the Secretary be instructed to write the Past Presidents to this effect. Amendments to by-laws to be voted upon later were read. Motion prevailed to adjourn.
