Mrs Mayer moved that a committee be appointed to look into the prospect of pencils to be sold at the Shrine circus. Motion seconded and carried. Mrs. Elliott moved that a copy of the minutes of the Executive Board and the Board of Directors be sent to all absent Members and Presidents of local chapters. Mrs Knutson seconded the motion. Carried. Mrs. Marshall moved that since the Board feels the necessity for an executive Secretary and since Mrs. Mayer is available and willing to serve in that capacity, that the president be instructed to write to presidents of local leagues and to individual members and friends of the League who have contributed financially asking that a special fund of 1800, be created for that purpose. Mrs. Elliott seconded the motion. Carried.
