Keniston 1st Vice Pres Mrs. F.A. Stronister 2nd Vice Pres Mrs. P.S. Iroine 3rd Vice Pres Mrs. Oscar Ruff 4th Vice Pres Miss Ruth Rosenfield Rec Secy Mrs. A R. Sale Treas Mrs. F.P. Wagner The President declared [illegible] the elected officers for the coming year. Adjourned for lunch. 1:50 PM the President called the meeting to order and introduced Mrs. S.E. Lincoln who presided for the duration of the afternoon program. Mrs. Lincoln reported for the Child Welfare Committee and moved that the report be accepted. Motion carried. Mrs. Lincoln moved that we adopt the suggested National program for Child Welfare study
