Mrs. Martin, President of the Iowa City League and and Mrs. J.R. Holman, Ores. of the Mason City League were guests at the all day Board meeting. Motion to adjourn prevailed. Executive Board Meeting August 17, 1926. An executive Board meeting was held at the home of Mrs. C.A. Knutson with Mrs. C.A. Knutson and Mrs. A.R. Sale and Mrs. Walker consenting. Mrs. Sale moved that the following bills be allowed. Phebe Rogers for stenographic work $6.30. Executive meeting Sept. 10th Lit Postage + telephone $10- Ex. med. - Sept. 25th - $15 postage Stenograph work $2.50 Executive Board Meeting Sept. 25 1926. An executive Board meeting was held at the home of Mrs. Sale with Mrs. Walker consenting and Mrs. Knutson. Mrs. Sale moved that the following bills be allowed. Kirk Studio, Woman's Citizen pictures $4.00 Clear Lake Reporter Bulletin fliers and finance slips $35.50 Francis Ott Miller Stenographic work $3.10 Mrs. Saunspaugh State Fair $18 Mrs. Ineg Kinney Get Out the Vote $10.00 - Motion seconded + carried.
