them aboard ship. Everyone thought that we would be leaving inside of a couple of days. Now we hear that tomorrow we are going back up after them and bring them back. They say we are going to stay here awhile. We go out on the rifle range here Friday and start doing some shooting. It begins to look as if somebody can't make up their mind. I rode across the ferry from Staten Island to Brooklyn. Passed the Statue of Liberty and a couple of warships lying in the harbor. We stayed all night at the army embarkation station. If I keep on I guess I'll see
