laying around. How's the rationing going back there. Are they getting short of any thing. In some of the cafes here they don't set any sugar out on the table. Put 1 lump in it behind the counter. And the poor girls. See where there is going to be no more rubber for girdles. The majority of the fellows in this outfit who were released are back with us now. I tried to get into the air force but couldn't on account of my age. Remind me that I'm starting to get old. I got a letter from home yesterday and mother said that my brother had been back up for his physical exam.
