writing. Some of these day I'm going to find a table and sit down and write like I should. The way it is now, is just flop down in any position and try and write. Part of the time I can't even read it my self. Oh yes we have all the conveniences here. Get ready to wash why just fill up a can full of water and throw your clothes in and go to it. And I used to crab when I was at Claiborne and had a washing machine to use. And the flies just about drive you nuts. There wasn't a one around here when we first camped here but they soon found us. If a person would invent something to rid the world of flies he really would be famous. Don't see many wooden buildings here. All are made from stone. In the towns the houses are all joined together and you can't tell where this one ends and the next one begins. They are mostly dirty on the outside and not too clean on the inside. The kids are begging for a cigarette or some candy. Ice is pretty easy to get and the icecream that they sell is something like frozen pop. Don't remember if I told you that I saw Mr. Churchill and King George a couple of months ago. I've been able to find a camera again so I can take a few more pictures. Don't know when I'll ever get them developed though. I've got 8 rolls taken now and no chance of getting any prints made and I don't think the censor would let some of the negatives go through. Reckon I'll have to carry them with me and bring them home myself in about 1947.
