-5- until I return? If so I'll bring one down.... size 7 wasn't it? What do you suggest in style etc? Now you may wonder why I ask if you'll accept a token ring. I believe we should begin in honesty as we wish to continue in it after marriage. I haven't money enough at present to get a real good ring. I get a fairly good salary and, believing I had no reason to save since I was leaving for the army, I've lived it up from month to month. Secondly, if I had the money, I am told that good diamonds are becoming difficult to secure. Thirdly, I wonder if it is wise to put large sums of money into diamonds when we'll be needing a home; I don't know. What do you think? Love, B.J see over
