But before that I wanted to add the explanation that I had a real problem weighing on my shoulders when I was up there, and though I hadn't any right to do it I wanted to discuss it with you but the time never seemed propitious. But one night (Tuesday I think,) when you kissed me good night, I felt so safe and protected that I suddenly thought how marvelous it would be if I could tell you about it and lift the weight off my mind. I wanted to sit down awhile and talk but you reminded me you had to get up next morning and I realized I hadn't any right to ask you to solve a purely personal problem but that's one reason I was on a tension.
