to go somewhere else, I held back unless one of them said, "You come, too." If no one did, I slipped away to myself and felt bitterly hurt. Adults dismissed it as "wanting to be coaxed", but it was simply the desperate need for reassurance. It's my sympathy for others who feel the same which has forced me to become the leader in groups. In seeing that they are asked to "come, Too" I forget myself. You may be surprised to know that subconsciously I analyzed you exactly as you describe yourself. I can feel that dependability of you which is what my spirit needs and craves. But I can clearly see what is to be our big stumbling
