Tues. 7 23° N.W. to N.E. 36° clear. Busy, Ins. & abs.[Inn. afrs?]. evg. Wed. 8 25 to 36°, S.E. wind Fair P.M. Busy abs. &c. evg. also. Thurs. 9 30° about all day. S.E. clody & white covering of snow evg. Various work but not much done Home evg. Fri. 10 34° max. cloudy, quiet, snow slowly melting & [pane?] Spl. Agt. Finch here a.m. Abs. P.M. - Home evg.
