H. at musical recital at church. Tues. 14 23° North fair. 31° max. Westerly wind. Snow in air & mostly cloudy. Road horrible. Not much work. Home evg. - Lights & water off till in evg. G.W. Sherman died. Mrs. Helen Clark died Wed. 15 19° N.W. blustering. 27° max. Rough day. Work quiet; home evg. Thurs. 16 20° to 32°, a little shine, but more snow & N.W. bluster evg. Errands and dentist a.m. - and aft. p.m. - Mr. Sherman's funeral, and Rollo Grange's. Office evg. Fri. 17 17° to 25 Fair. N.W. Cleaned long stove-pipe a.m. abs. p.m. - office evg. Funeral of Mrs. Helen Clark 89. Sat. 18 4° to 15°, N.W. Fair. Abstracting mostly. Evg. too. Mrs. Lottie Howe died, 84 past Clara came 5:45 p.m.
