The A. R. P. Congregation of Harrison in the County of Louisa and State of Iowa for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred and fifty six and 25/100 dollars to them in hand paid by John Ronalds of the County and State aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and sole and by these do grant bargain and sell to him the said John Ronalds and to his heirs and assigns a certain lot of ground situate in the County of Louisa and State of Iowa and further described as follows to wit Beginning at a stake in the North East corner of the Southwest quarter of Section No 13 Thirteen in Township 74 Seventyfour North of Range No 3 three west of the fifth principal meridian in the District of lands sole at Burlington running thence South on the East line of said quarter Section ten (10) rods to a stake thence West sixteen (16) rods to a stake thence North ten (10) rods to a stake in the North line of said quarter section thence East Sixteen (16) rods to the place of beginning containing one Acre to have and to hold the aforesaid premises together with the Church building erected thereupon and the Church furnature and all other appurtenances thereunto belonging on in anywise appurtenances to him the said John Ronalds and to his heirs and assigns forever
And the said A. R. P. Congregation of Harrison hereby consents to and with the said John Ronalds his heirs and assigns that they are lawfully seized in fee of the premises aforesaid that they are free of all incumberances and that they will forever warrant and defend the same to him the said John Ronalds his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever
