& spend the night. I have bad cold in head Wednesday November 12 Weather remains about same, Mer only reaching 53°+ Charlotte stopped most of A.M. with me, but went to her home about 11 o,c, where she "took a bite" with Mrs Pratt - which was all we had, having had late breakfast, (about 8 o,c,) aside from baking & usual work to be done Lena piecing up another C_ cover. I kept busy here & there, looking up the prices, not even going to call Rose at all. Charlotte back to tea. November 13 Weather much same, tho' believe no rain fell, Mer standing about 50°+ most of day. Charlotte off soon after breakfast, not back to dinner as expected to be, in last of P.M. says Maz Stewart isn't well, is going back to stay with her tonight again. Lena & I at work fitting & tieing comforter, most of day. Spent part of eve in with Rose & baby "Clyde".
