Postmarked 8/30/43 Sunday Dearest: I managed to get down to San Antonio to see the Alamo! Your urging was the push that roused me to go. My reactions are written in an issue of L.N. Another surprise. I am now notified that I will receive my commission on or after Sept 25. They pushed the date another week. Big things are doing. They're sending Navigator's out of here every day. I look for a big push about October. This last week Claimed by Gabby Kolker
