5. The garden has very rich soil and many plants already started. It is big enough for freedom yet small enough not to be too great a chore. 6. We could move right in and remodel and repaint as we went along. There are a lot of good arguments for it; honey. On the other hand ... we can get ourselves a couple of acres out in the country, that is a mile or so out of town. We could sort of naturalize the plantings so they wouldn't require so much care.
