We'll see what happen's when I get my commission. If I get a furlough I'll come a whoop-roaring home. You'll see much more of me than the top of my head over the National File. I'll be interested in them, naturally, very much; but I'm interested in you very very very much. So! If I don't get a furlough we'll see where I'm sent or if I'm kept here. Then we'll know where to plan for you to come and just what the whole situation will be. Interesting letter from Clyde Townsend. He talks a good fight, but I doubt he can be counted on for much.
